"This Is Our Body"

Maple Ave. & Philadephia Ave. (Rt. 410), Takoma Park, MD

A multi-media collaboration of artists and writers who've come together to create new works around the theme "This Is Our Body." This exhibit, co-curated by Takoma Park Poet Laureate Anne Becker and David Fogel, co-founder of Studio 88, is funded in part with a grant from the Maryland State Arts Council.

Featured artist and poet pairs include:
- John Borstel and Greta Ehrig;
- Marilyn Banner and Tiziana Lohnes;
- Bonnie Lee Holland and Dan Vera;
- Stephane Janin and Anne Dykers;
- James Landry and Anne Becker;
- Michael Gessner and Regie Cabico;
- Nicole Salimbene and Regina Coll;
- Ruth Stenstrom and Teri Ellen Cross.

There will be food and drink, and performances by five poets (Anne Dykers, Tiziana Lohnes, Anne Becker, Jim Landry, and Greta Ehrig), along with various configurations of dancers and musicians.

In addition, there will be a panel discussion on March 12th, 7-9pm, to discuss the collaborative process.

The exhibit runs through March 29.
